Shipping
All shipping is through the United States Postal Service. We charge $5.00 flat rate for all shipping.
We are not liable for any damages incurred during shipment.
Returns
You may return any unworn / unopened items (must be in original packaging with all tags still attached) within 15 days of the purchase date.
Return postage will not be reimbursed by Pixie, LLC.

When we receive the item(s) being returned, the full purchase amount of the product will be refunded.
Exchanges
You may exchange any unworn / unopened items (must be in original packaging with all tags still attached) within 15 days of the purchase date.
Return postage will not be reimbursed by Pixie, LLC.
If you need to exchange merchandise please email us at returns@pixieusa.com as soon as possible to ensure the availability of the items you would like in exchange.
In your return package, please include a copy of your invoice and check or money order for shipping ($5) and any difference in price, if applicable. We will ship the requested items via USPS. Any credits will be issued to the account used to place the original order or by check via postal mail.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT TAXATION. PIXIE, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH TAXATION WHICH MAY BE APPLIED BY YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE ENQUIRE WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR MORE INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING.
PRODUCTS RETURNED DUE TO FAILURE OF IMPORT TAXES PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED.
SHIPPING CHARGES OF RETURNED PRODUCTS DUE TO FAILURE OF PAYMENT OF IMPORT TAXES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
